    Good food and drink selection; a nice place to spend time with friends on campus. update: I have been to Koerner's many times, its a great place for large groups or small, the staff are friendly and the service is quick. However, I feel the need to voice my concern about the hygiene of this place, particularly about their glasses. Its been brought up by many people on several occasions; the drinks either smell and taste of detergent or the glasses have a very funky smell. I usually try to avoid drinking straight from the glass; but i think this needs to be fixed. For such a busy pub on a university campus this is not acceptable.

  • Review of "Ogenki Sushi" at Vancouver

    Nice place with good (interacting) service and just as good sushi and/or other meals. (The chicken teriyaki don is my personal favourite!) Proportions of food are full-filling, place is well taken care of, and prices are really good. The area itself is pretty spacious, but not in the awkward way. It's comfortable! :)

    The place was small but cozy. Had the seasonal blend (Phoenix) and a salad when I stopped in. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and the guy that worked there cared about what he did.
