  We moved here about a year and a half ago and the storefront of this shop looked very inviting; plus, it is walking distance from our house. So I walked in to buy some breakfast sausages. It took me 15 minutes to order and I was the only person in the shop. Then, they were rude to me (asking me all sorts of questions about the sausages and acting exasperated with me for not knowing what I wanted in exact terms). The sausages were horrible to boot. Bland and texturally loose. We never returned till this year, just before a pre-Christmas holiday. I ordered a prime rib roast for Dec 23rd, just in time for Christmas dinner. It seemed worth giving them a try again, as we like to shop locally. Today, the 23rd, our entire family arrived to pick up our roast (our boys called it "the roast beast") and they lost the order and repeatedly asked me for my name and then said "it must be under a different name" as if it was my fault for it not being there. After 20 minutes I left with no roast (they offered to cut one for me, but I refused to pay for that, since the order was made for a reason) and I will NEVER shop there again and will tell everyone I know here and at UBC of my terrible experience there. This is the single worst customer service experience I have had in our year and a half of being here. Terrible.
