Use to have outstanding service but it's gone downhill. Today took the cake for bad service after they didn't realize I had pre-ordered lunch after adding it to my opentable reservation (they have done this before on many occasions) and didn't make it. They told I could wait which would have been ok since the chefs are usually quick but then they told me because of their mistake I had to pay full price. I don't see why a customer has to pay for the restaurant's mistake. I can forgive a mistake from a restaurant cause everyone is human but telling me I have to pay for it? A big no no

Take the stairs to the top of roof. A little bit tricky to find. Food and beers are as good as other Guu

Great patio. Good menu if you enjoy Japanese style pub food. Pork belly dish was delicious.
