  We had a reservation for a special night out for family & friends of my wife at coal harbour location. The staff risked the safety of one of our guests, they had a flying glass from far away from the table and could had hit the eye of the guest, and ended up inside her cloths. Very unprofessional attitude from restaurant management. For some reason they believe you can just say mistakes happens. In addition to ruining the night, zero explanation from the management. Seriously considering suing them for such careless way of treating my family members. For sure won't let anybody of my family go to this restaurant again. No where to find the way to contacts the main manager or the owner.

  Great service. Very friendly. #food came fast even though they were really busy. #food quality was very good and the price vey reasonable

  Their friendly staff and service is going to greatly improve their presence in the competitive Coal Harbour location. Definitely a great setting overlooking Canada Place. For sure a possible romantic dinner site.

  Very poor service with attitude. I came here with guests from out of town to grab a bite nearby. We made reservations prior to arriving between 15-20 persons. Upon arrival, I greeted the host and let her know our reservations. With a shocking face, she emmediately said that we only had reservations for 9 and that they were definitely not expecting this large group and became very rude along with the manager that she called to assist her. What shocked me the most was that the manager almost raised a voice saying "i feel sorry for you, because the service will be very slow" with an attitude (as how I perceived it). The manager made sure I was aware of the slow service we will get because of the unexpected number which I definitely understood and thanked her nonetheless for bringing us in an almost empty restaurant. My friend who made the reservation spoke to them directly and turned out that the host made a mistake with another reservation. So in fact, our reservation was correct and they had expected our number. But no change in attitude nor apologised to me directly. My guests saw the rudeness and told me that we can all leave if they continue with the attitude but I persuaded them to stay and to not mind them. Lyn who was our server, however, was not ill-mannered and did her duty. She may have forgotten my glass of wine but in the end, I gave her a round up payment on top of the already included gratuity. She was very grateful and I sincerely thanked her for her accommodating us. I would like management to not act hastily with customers and improving on well mannered service at this location.

  We had a party of 12 and the service was really good. Friendly and attentative staff. The price of the food was good for what seems like a fancy venue. Food taste great and the menu had a lot to choose from; presentation great; portions were decent but I suggest ordering a side or two if you are really hungry. Nice location with view.
