  The woman at the counter was very rude. I ordered a Vietnamese sub at lunch, and went there right after to pick it up (my work is right next to this place). When I arrived there was a bit of a line-up there. It took 5 minutes for my turn, and there were like 4-5 people ahead of me. Regardless, when I got my sub, it was like freezing cold. I brought it to her attention and said that it was supposed to be toasted and warm, instead of helping me fix the issue, she did not even apologize but said in a very impatient tone that it was my fault as I took 10 minutes to arrive. This is incorrect: I looked down on my phone, this was 12:02, just about 7 minutes after I called them at 11:55. Not to mention that most of the 7 minutes has to do with the line-up there and possibly her slow service. I will avoid this place going forward and recommend that you do too, if quality of service is important to you.

  Wow - great hidden gem in the financial district. Great food good price and quick service.
