  Went to the dine-out experience for $28 and was very disappointed. There was only one guest other than my mother and I (and this being sunday is understandable). However, we had to wait at the front for quite a while before being seated as the hostess was nowhere to be seen (we were 15 minutes late for our reservation so I had patience with this). However, we were then seated next to the kitchen where the we could hear the fan and feel a strong draft from the kitchen. We asked to move to a different table. The waitress, Ashley, looked slightly shocked when we asked to switch tables. She the offered one by the window which was very cold. So we asked for one of the 6 other tables in the center of the room. She tells us they are reserved. So we settle down for this other table. However the restaurant remains empty for the whole time we were there...were they really reserved? The food was mediocre. In all this restaurant was disappointment and the service was lacking. This poor girl was running room service, hosting and waitressing for the whole restaurant on her own. No wonder she looked frazzled.
