  I ordered from this place a couple of times and at first the quality was okay and then I ended up getting food poisoning from a pizza with rotten ingredients. It was extremely soggy and disgusting. I would never recommend this place. Panago in Marpole is way better.

  Due to a google error (the pizza location I wanted was connected to this number, not the fault of this business) I ended up calling these guys to order a couple of pizzas. The woman's accent was very thick, so I didn't understand that I was not picking up from the right location (again, not the business's fault, nor the woman's in any way) just a communication mishap). When I called back to explain the mistake, and to see what kind of solution we could come to, they just immediately started screaming at me like I was a petulant child. I couldn't even get a word in to explain what I wanted to do (like, reach a freaking compromise for toot's sake) because the jerk on the line felt like unloading on me for a mistake. I was shocked. The only word I got in was a swift and curt goodbye. I have no idea what kind of pizza these guys make, but they have the absolute worst customer service of any pizza place I've ever talked to. I did not want an argument. I wanted to make it right. These guys suck.

  Well......I read the reviews before I called. I have to say I was disappointed on every level. It took 50 minutes for delivery o.k. fine but when the driver got here I was charged quite s bit more than I had seen on the website The sicilian pizza was $18.99 however I was charged $28..00?? The driver was unfamiliar with the debit card machine and that took 10 more minutes. It only worked out because I'm able to work them myself. The pizza was lukewarm and soggy. The crust didn't appear to have been cooked thoroughly and tasted doughy. In all a very disappointing experience and my $30.00 pizza is in the garbage. I feel that this business has changed owners due to the fact that everything in my experience was completely off.

  I've always done pick up, and it's been very prompt. While I can't say it's must-have pizza, I certainly have no complaints - it exceeds my expectations of a pizza place of this sort. Priced reasonably, too!
