  I find the store clean, well lit, with mostly helpful staff. But I have trouble finding things. Separate sections for "health food" confuse me. It is a more expensive than local greengrocers for produce. I do like local products and Canadian suppliers.

  Staff is great and always friendly, they lack a handful of items the larger stores carry but they have a fairly small store so thats expected. They have parking available and isnt usually swamped with people.

  Great service. Was looking for organic brown rice syrup, asked a couple of the staff, they never heard of it. Unbeknownst to me, these 2 people went through out the store and asked 3 more staff. As I was about finished with my shopping and about to leave, one of the staff came up to me with the product. Super surprised.
