When I walked up to the counter, I was struck by how fresh and tidy the sandwich ingredients were. The shop front was overall very clean. My sandwich was perfectly prepared, as none of the ingredients were falling out nor was the sauce dripping out the sides. Everything tasted excellent.

Asked for a toasted ham wrap with everything but olives and hot peppers. Received a not toasted ham wrap. When I asked about that, they suggested to put it in the microwave. Later, when I started eating it, I found out there are olives in it. This is the second time.
