  I have been going lunch here the last fifteen years and have great service. I miss the familiar staff that have been moving on. Great place to relax and have a snack.

  Slow service as always. Took 10+ minutes to be greeted. Sat down finally then took another 15 minutes to be greeted by a host who told us that they weren't the server and couldn't take our order nor could they even get us a glass of water. Waiter finally arrived and then disappeared for the entire meal until it was time for us to pay.

  Food: Standard fare. I would actually rate 4.5 stars because the price is increasing more than the quality of the food. Of course, the unlimited french fries option is enticing but I'm always too full to get any more. Great portion sizes! Drink: Great since they offer refills on pop and hot beverages. The coffee is always fresh. Service: One of the most redeeming qualities is the friendliness of the servers even when it is busy. They chat you up if you sit in the bar area and would like a convo buddy and can answer many questions about the menu. The menu didn't list tea flavors and our server took it one step further and brought out all their teabags. Environment: The booths are wide and comfy and the lighting is dim enough to entice a romantic mood but bright enough to read in the restaurant. They did the best they could with the decorations.

  This local chain is a go to place for their 'Legendary' burger (with their secret Triple O sauce) and many other classic dishes. The menu selection for non staple fare changes occasionally. Most Whitespot locations are fairly busy especially around the main meal times. Street meter parking and some free residential parking within a reasonable walk.
