Asked for a mixed box of Timbits got like 3 varieties. Pointed it out, and the staff claimed it just looks that way but it's at the bottom. Like I can see the bottom.... Horrible service for express Tim Hortons.

Convenient location, almost always a very long line. Latte and cappuccino machine seems to be broken all the time. A nice place to grab a drink otherwise.

Long lines. No full menu (sandwiches etc). Moves fairly quickly. Food is as good as most tim hortons. Staff are quick.
