This location is run by UBC Food Services. Quality and service are variable. Expect a long line during the academic year (September through April) around lunch time.

Till staff often screw up your order and over charge you as a result. Despite this the food is consistently fine and if you avoid the Tuesday rush there is little to complain about IF your order is correct. The pricing is reasonable relative to your other on-campus options too. Would generally recommend if only due to the excellent location

I waited more than 30 minutes today for a burger, while many people behind me got their food. Staffs there obviously made a mistake, but they refuse to appologize. I might go back again for their food, but their service attitude deserves a ONE STAR.

If you want soggy fries and disorganised staff this is the place to go The burgers are good if they give you the right one though
